Working
With Families

We work closely with families from day one, listening, communicating openly and making sure your loved one always comes first.

At Choice Care, families are part of the picture from the very beginning. We know that no one understands your loved one quite like you do – your love, knowledge and support, play a vital role in helping people thrive.

From the everyday conversations to the big decisions, we’ll listen carefully, communicate honestly and work together to make sure your loved one feels safe, happy and at home. And what do we mean by family? We mean the people we support’s immediate network of loved ones. This could be their parents, siblings, relatives, friends, mentors, partners – anyone who provides love, support, and companionship.

The Choice Family Charter

Our Family Charter is a shared promise and commitment to collaboration, transparency and respect, with your loved one’s best interests right at the heart of everything we do.

It sets out how we’ll work together to put your loved one first, keep communication open and celebrate the small things that make a big difference. From honest conversations and open feedback to shared decision making and setting out what we promise to do, even when things don’t go as planned.

We’re here when you need us
