Introducing Ravenhill Farmhouse & Bungalows

We’re pleased to share that we’re redeveloping Ravenhill Farm and Bungalows in the Swansea area, to expand our services for adults with learning disabilities and associated needs across Wales. 

Working in partnership with our sister company, Care Without Compromise (CWC), the development will see both the farmhouse and two bungalows carefully refurbished to create high-quality residential and supported living services. 

The two semi-detached bungalows will provide supported living accommodation for up to three people. One bungalow will offer a one-bedroom layout, while the other will include two bedrooms. Each bungalow will feature its own kitchen and lounge space, along with ensuite bedrooms, offering a comfortable and flexible living environment that promotes independence. The bungalows are due to open in Spring 2026. 

Alongside, the farmhouse will be transformed into a residential home for up to six adults and is planned to open in early 2027. The home will include six en-suite bedrooms and a range of shared spaces. These will include a communal kitchen, dining areas, a main lounge and a quiet lounge. 

Ravenhill Farm and Bungalows are set within extensive gardens, providing plenty of outdoor space for relaxation and activities. The location also offers easy access to local amenities, including Forest Fach, helping the people we support to stay connected to their community.
