Opened in Spring 2026, the Ravenhill Bungalows have been completely redeveloped to offer a calm, independent and welcoming place to call home, set within beautiful open land on a former farm, just outside Swansea.
The two fully refurbished, supported living bungalows – supporting up to three people – have their own front door, private garden, kitchen/diner, lounge, bedroom and separate bathroom, giving you your own space, privacy and independence.
Tucked away at the end of a long driveway, the bungalows are surrounded by plenty of open green space, creating a peaceful setting while still feeling connected to the world around you. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy quiet moments at home, spend time in your garden, or head out knowing there’s always something nearby to explore.

With suburban towns, local shops and green spaces all within easy reach, life at Ravenhill Bungalows can be as busy or as relaxed as you choose.
We’re just three miles from Swansea, perfectly placed on the outskirts of the city. Whether it’s a short drive, a bus ride, or even a walk, getting out and about is easy.
Within walking distance, Forest Fach Retail Park is perfect for shopping and meals out, while Tawe Park is also just three miles away. Here you’ll find cinemas, climbing walls, Ninja Warrior-style activities and even a rainforest and zoo experience!
For those who love the outdoors, there’s no shortage of options. We enjoy trips to the beaches and coastline, scenic coastal drives and walks around Gower, exploring The Mumbles, or spending time at Penllergare Valley Woods, with its waterfalls and accessible walking and cycle routes.
