ChoiceTED: transforming learning and growth at Choice Care
At Choice Care, we’re committed to creating a culture of continuous learning and personal growth for our colleagues. Our learning platform, ChoiceTED, launched last year and is designed to make training more flexible, engaging and personalised. It’s not just about ticking off mandatory requirements — it’s about creating meaningful development opportunities.
Emma Hawke, our Head of Learning & Development, explains the vision behind ChoiceTED: “We wanted a centralised platform that simplifies access to learning resources, tracks progress and provides data insights to support decision-making. It was important to create a system that feels intuitive and fits seamlessly into our colleagues’ busy working lives.” Developed with input from both internal and external stakeholders, ChoiceTED offers functionalities like automated notifications, KPI tracking and integration with our other systems.
Since its launch, the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. “Our colleagues love the flexibility ChoiceTED provides,” Emma shares. “Being able to schedule training around their work with their managers gives them ownership over their learning journey. It’s empowering and we’ve heard great things about how easy it is to navigate.”
Emma also highlights how ChoiceTED caters to different learning styles: “From quick eLearning modules to hands-on workshops, we’ve designed it so everyone can find a format that works for them. It’s all about keeping our colleagues engaged and motivated.”
Beyond meeting compliance, Emma sees ChoiceTED as a tool for career growth. “We want to help colleagues not just excel in their current roles but also prepare for the future,” she says. “The platform offers a variety of learning paths, allowing everyone to explore new skills and build fulfilling careers with Choice Care.”
