Choice Care Recognised as one of The Sunday Times Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers
We are delighted to announce that Choice Care has once again been listed as one of the Sunday Times Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers!
These annual rankings celebrate England’s outstanding apprenticeship employers and help future apprentices to identify opportunities at the country’s leading employers. The rankings are entirely data-driven with employers being ranked according to the number of apprentices they employ, their new apprenticeship starts, the diversity of their new apprentices and the number of apprentices who complete their apprenticeships successfully.
This amazing achievement sees Choice Care listed amongst some huge household names including Amazon, Tui and the Royal Navy.
Emma Hawke, Head of Organisation Development at Choice Care says:
‘This national recognition is testament to our fantastic and hardworking apprentices – and to all our colleagues who help support their learning. We are very proud of our apprenticeship programmes which are absolutely vital in supporting many people of all ages in their first steps in a career in the care sector. They are also so important in helping to ensure that we continue to provide the best care possible for the people we support.”
Marlene Boyd, People Director, Choice Care says:
‘We are absolutely thrilled to see Choice Care recognised once again as one of the Sunday Times Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers. Our apprentices bring energy, commitment and fresh perspectives to our services every day and it is a privilege to support them as they grow their skills and build rewarding careers in care. This recognition reflects not only their hard work, but also the dedication of our colleagues across Choice Care who mentor, encourage and champion apprenticeships as a vital part of our workforce and future.”
Huge congratulations to everyone involved and to our wonderful Choice Care apprentices!
