Choice Care Digital Team shortlisted in the Nourish API Trailblazer Award
We’re really excited to share that Choice Care’s Digital Team has been shortlisted in the Digital Excellence in Care Awards for the Nourish API Trailblazer category – a special award presented by Nourish to a ‘provider who is driving innovation from within the sector through integrations.’
Choice Care has been working with Nourish since late 2024 to deploy its digital care planning solution across 140 Choice Care services in England and Wales, helping the group to move towards more connected, consistent and accessible digital records. Today, there are now digital care records for over 900 of the people we support, with nearly 3,000 colleagues using ChoiceNourish and more than five million interactions recorded. It’s a huge achievement and one we’re incredibly proud of.
The shortlisting recognises our Digital Team’s dedication to ensuring that colleagues can access the right information and functionality quickly and consistently, while also creating processes that could support the organisation as it continued to grow.
The roll out of ChoiceNourish demonstrates how identity management, automation and care technology can work together to deliver a secure, efficient and sustainable digital care platform.
The team has used integration to solve a real challenge within the care sector: connecting care technology with workforce and identity systems to create an interconnected digital ecosystem. They have delivered a secure, efficient and sustainable digital care platform – and demonstrated how using APIs, automation and intelligent data flows can make technology work harder. Most importantly, it’s about making technology work better for our colleagues and the people we support.
