Chinoso’s story: leading with compassion

Supporting people to live fulfilling and independent lives is what makes a career in care so rewarding.

Since joining Choice Care, Chinoso has developed his skills and discovered a passion for leadership, supporting him to progress into a Team Leader role.  Here’s Chinoso’s journey so far…

“The most rewarding part of my job is knowing that the work I do has a positive impact on people’s lives. Every person has their own goals, strengths and challenges, and it is a privilege to support them on their journey.

I also enjoy working with colleagues, sharing knowledge, learning from different experiences and contributing to a positive team environment. Seeing someone grow in confidence, independence or have a better day reminds me why I chose this profession.”

When I started working in social care, I quickly realised how rewarding it was to make a positive difference in someone’s life.
