Choice Care Group was established to provide learning disability support services for individuals who require a safe, supportive and therapeutic living environment, which also provides opportunities to learn and self-develop. Our services look after clients with learning disabilities, mental health conditions and complex emotional and behavioural needs including autism in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, OxfordshireSurrey and Wiltshire.

Our objective is to maintain high standards throughout the company, in accordance with the fundamental standards of quality and safety required by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and our own internal quality assurance processes. All our services, both residential care and supported living are CQC registered.

Our Services
In each service, both residential care homes and supported living, the team is led by a qualified and experienced manager backed up by fully-trained social care workers. A fundamental part of our success in supporting people with such complex needs is the multi-disciplinary approach provided by our own Positive Behaviour Support Team

We also place great importance on providing individually-planned education, employment and leisure opportunities, to support each individual in their ongoing development.
