We’re proud to introduce our newly redesigned website, that better meets the needs of the people we support, their families and care professionals.

In 2025, we asked families and care professionals what they need from us, and our new website has been built with this feedback at its heart.

The refreshed design feels cleaner, brighter and more fun! The bolder fonts and colours really help bring to life what it feels like to be supported by Choice Care.

Whether you’re visiting for the first time or returning for something specific, the new layout makes it easier than ever to find information quickly.

We understand that navigating support options or exploring next steps can sometimes feel daunting. So, we’ve kept things simple – focused on what we do best.

And that’s people supporting people, not labels or categories. We’re moving away from traditional care-sector language and choosing more human, everyday language, that reflects what we stand for a little better.

This extends to the resources we’re sharing too. The information is accessible, easier to understand and leaves you feeling empowered, rather than confused by industry terminology!

Our residential and supported living service pages have been injected with an abundance of personality. Now, you can hear from the people who live there, find out what people enjoy doing, alongside all of the essential information like what your bedroom might look like and where you would be eating dinner!

Ultimately, we wanted it to feel a whole lot more human – painting the picture of what life at Choice is truly like.

Families are at the heart of everything we do, so we’ve reimagined our family resources to ensure we’re here to offer the right guidance, at the right time, in a way that feels empowering rather than daunting.

You’ll now find a whole new section filled with supportive guides including our Family Charter and a variety of practical information you can explore in your own time.

And when you’re ready to take action or ask us a question – you’ll find accessible forms and direct routes to contact the right teams.

It shares our story, our values, and most importantly, the people at the heart of everything we do. You’ll hear real voices, see real moments, and get a genuine feel for what life with Choice is really like.
