Choice Care welcomes Ariya Neuro Care to the group 

We are delighted to announce that Ariya Neuro Care is joining the group, as a sister company to Choice Care. Through this partnership, we are proud to introduce Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) rehabilitation as a new specialist service offering within the Choice Care Group.  

Ariya Neuro Care brings extensive expertise in delivering ‘Outstanding’ rated brain injury neurorehabilitation, both in transitional residential rehabilitation services and back in peoples’ own homes.  

This partnership brings together two organisations that share a deep commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care, grounded in compassion, integrity and a belief in the potential of everybody that we support.

Ariya Neuro Care is a specialist provider of brain injury rehabilitation services and supports people with complex physical and cognitive needs following a life-changing injury. Their work focuses on transitional neurorehabilitation and community-based support, helping people to develop skills and strategies to adjust, rebuild independence, self-esteem and meaningful lives following their injury.  

All of Ariya Neuro Care’s inspected services are rated ‘Outstanding’ in all areas by CQC. In addition, all residential rehabilitation services are also rated ‘Outstanding’ in all areas through their Headway brain injury accreditations. 

Ariya Neuro Care offers a highly personalised ‘boutique’ rehabilitation model, where people are supported within their own individual bungalows or apartments. These therapeutic environments are designed to be comfortable and to ensure everyone feels comfortable and valued. The fully equipped and adapted apartments replicate normal life for meaningful, functional rehabilitation.

Each person, benefits from tailored and a highly responsive rehabilitation programme delivered by an exceptionally skilled and experienced interdisciplinary team. The therapy team include neuropsychology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech and language therapy, working collaboratively with the individual, their families and the broader team to achieve the person’s goals. 

At the heart of Ariya Neuro Care is a valued-based culture, where the focus on kindness, colleague wellbeing, integrity and continuous learning shapes the support delivered and the strong workplace culture. Their compassion-based, therapeutic model underpins the great rehabilitation outcomes, and this is reflected in Ariya Neuro Care’s achievement of their exceptional top level ‘Platinum’ rating with the Investors in People.

Through this collaboration, Ariya Neuro Care will remain as a separate entity, whilst working closely together to share expertise and resources. Lucy Fallon will remain as Service Development Director and Monika Tomlinson as Operations Director. Together, they will continue to support and work alongside Aryia Neuro Care’s exceptional therapists, managers and support teams providing seamless high-quality, personalised rehabilitation and brain injury support.
