Life at Spencer Place
Spencer Place is calm and homely. Everyone feels comfortable and supported to live life their own way.
There’s always a friendly face for a chat over a cuppa and plenty of laughter shared between us all.
The home is a spacious, two-storey new build with eight ensuite bedrooms and two annexes for people who prefer a little more independence. The ground floor rooms and annexes are fully wheelchair accessible.
Inside the main house, you’ll find two cosy lounges for relaxing, a bright dining room where everyone comes together for meals and a modern kitchen. It’s a light and airy place to be, designed with comfort in mind.
Outside, there are lovely garden areas that really stand out in the summer – perfect for sitting back, chatting, or enjoying some quiet time surrounded by greenery.
What we love doing at Spencer Place
Whether it’s spending time in the garden, having a chat in the lounge or working on something new, there’s always a relaxed and friendly feel here. We love a mix of peaceful pastimes and creative hobbies. We enjoy going to church, playing chess (and taking part in local competitions!) and building and fixing remote control cars.

Yet you’re well connected, there’s a bus stop right outside the front door and train stations nearby in Nutbourne and Bosham. So, if you fancy a trip out, you can hop on the bus to explore the local towns, enjoy the coast or simply take in the beautiful countryside that surrounds the area.
