Life at Buckfield House
Step inside Buckfield House and you’ll immediately feel the warmth of our family-orientated, caring and passionate atmosphere.
Once a grand estate home with a private driveway, Buckfield House has been lovingly adapted to offer six spacious, en-suite bedrooms and bright communal areas including a large dining room and cosy lounge. Its traditional feel is only enhanced by the stately gallery hallway, landing and staircase. Our garden is one of our favourite places – surrounded by tall fir trees and home to a double swing, trampoline and summer house.
Whether we’re enjoying a sunny afternoon outdoors, relaxing in the sensory room or spending time cooking together in the kitchen, every day here feels full of life.
What we love doing at Buckfield House
Every day brings something new, and we make sure to celebrate the little things that make us smile.
At home, we love getting a groove on in our music sessions, going all out for our themed nights, and getting artsy with some crafts. We’re also big fans of baking, cooking or curling up on the couch to watch our favourite movies.
When we head out, there’s plenty to enjoy. From making a splash at the local swimming pool, to visiting the stables and going horse riding. You can often find us tucking into some popcorn at the cinema or getting a breath of fresh air at the beach or on National Trust walks. Some of us even attend cookery courses at college, learning new skills and making new friends along the way.
