Boxgrove House is a large, detached home supporting up to 11 men and women of varying ages with moderate to severe learning disabilities, autism, sensory impairments and associated complex needs.

Set in its own substantial grounds in Tilehurst, on the outskirts of Reading, the home overlooks Pangbourne Downs and is within easy walking distance of local shops and pubs.

The property provides seven ground floor bedrooms, three of which have ensuite bathrooms, with a further three bedrooms on the first floor and a large, separate bathroom. There are two further bathrooms on the ground floor, one of which is equipped with a hoist for access to the bath and a wheelchair-accessible shower for residents with additional mobility issues.

Additional accommodation includes two large communal lounges, kitchen and spacious dining room. Leading from the lounge is a large back garden that looks out across the surrounding fields and countryside. 

The home also has two vehicles for local travel, and regular leisure, recreational and educational trips and activities in the community.

In addition to the main house, Boxgrove also has a separate, self-contained annexe, suitable for an individual with specific physical and behavioural requirements who requires a bespoke living environment. The annex has a private garden, which is fully wheelchair accessible.
