Supported Living in Telford with Choice Care gives you the flexibility to live life your way.
We currently support up to four people in a modern home with beautiful views. There’s both ground floor and first floor bedrooms, a beautiful open plan kitchen diner and a cosy lounge. But if this isn’t for you, you can choose to stay in your own home or can move into another property provided by a housing association or our local authority partners.
This gives you options – whether you’d prefer to live in an apartment with a small group of neighbours, the privacy of your own home or something in between. Whatever you’re looking for, there’s something for you here.
Our colleagues will first get to know you well, finding out what matters to you, what you enjoy and what you want to achieve. We work with you so you can build confidence, become more independent, try new things, or simply live the life that feels right for you.

The home we’re currently providing support in is based in a village outside Telford with beautiful views across the countryside, we love going for walks in the area or popping into Telford or Birmingham for shopping trips.
