This is one of three residential homes provided by Care Without Compromise, our sister company in Wales that supports people with learning disabilities, Autism, mental health conditions and associated complex needs. With its own clinical team, Care Without Compromise has a particular expertise in understanding and supporting individuals with challenging behaviours. Specialist therapeutic services are integrated into our support for each person, enabling them to progress towards a more meaningful and enjoyable daily life.

Penscynor supports 5 people with challenging behaviours and complex needs in this attractive period property that has been fully updated to provide spacious accommodation throughout. The bedrooms are very generously sized, all have hand basins and there are separate bath and shower rooms. Located within the scenic vale of Neath, the home is quietly situated with charming gardens and extensive grounds. The market town of Neath is only a short distance away while Swansea and Gower are also within easy reach.

All staff are professionally trained in Positive Behavioural Support and Positive Behaviour Management techniques that are approved by BILD and accredited to national standards in Care.
