Hurst House is a large, detached home in Swindon, two miles from the town centre. It supports up to 10 middle-aged and older men and women with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex needs.

The two-story property includes six single, wheelchair-accessible, bedrooms on the ground floor, all ensuite, with a further three bedrooms upstairs. There is plenty of communal space, including a large lounge, a separate sensory room, shared kitchen and spacious conservatory, as well as a dining area that leads out to a flat, safe, enclosed garden with a summer house and gazebo. 

In addition to the main property, there is also a separate, self-contained annexe designed for someone who prefers to live on their own, but enjoys the opportunity to use the facilities of the main home and join in group activities.

The residents enjoy a range of educational and leisure activities, including arts and crafts, music lessons and walks, as well as social events with a second Choice Care home close by. There is easy access to public transport, and the home has its own vehicle for local leisure, recreational and educational trips and activities in the community.
