Life at Gosford Lodge
Walking into Gosford Lodge, you can instantly feel it is calm, supportive and welcoming.
The house itself is big, bright and home to eight gentlemen, with eight en-suite bedrooms so everyone has their own private space.
But what really makes it really special are the shared areas – two lounges (one quiet and peaceful, one buzzing with activity), a modern kitchen and dining room, where people come together, and a big garden at the back. Out there, you’ll find space to sit in the sunshine, as well as activity rooms for arts and crafts, computers and even a sensory room!
It’s homely and relaxed, with the kind of atmosphere where you can enjoy your independence but still have people around whenever you want company.
What we love doing at Gosford Lodge
Life here is full of variety.
Some days it’s about getting active – going to the gym, heading off on a long walk or spending time at the local leisure centre. Other times it’s about creativity – cooking, painting, pottery, music or just sitting down together for a game.
We also love adventures further afield: trips to the London Eye, Legoland or even open-top bus tours.
And when a quieter day is needed? Movie nights in the lounge or bouncing on the trampoline in the garden always go down a treat.
