Gosford Lodge is a large, detached house in Kidlington, near Oxford, which provides residential support for eight men and women of varying ages with autism, severe to moderate learning disabilities and associated complex needs.
The spacious property provides eight, individual, ensuite bedrooms, as well as plenty of communal space including two separate lounges – one designated a quiet zone – a shared kitchen and dining area. The large, enclosed garden at the rear of the house is home to additional activities buildings where residents can use the sensory room, computers and arts and crafts facilities.
Gosford House is staffed on a 24-hour basis and offers in-house positive behaviour support as well as a commitment to on-going education and personal development through a structured programmes of activities, both at home and in the local community.
