Fairview is a spacious, detached home on a quiet residential street in the village of Baughurst, close to the busy town of Tadley, near Newbury. It supports up to eight men and women with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex needs.
In the main part of the property there are four large bedrooms – two of which have ensuite facilities, a shared bathroom, dining room, kitchen and large lounge that leads out to a conservatory. The home also incorporates a separate annexe building with two ensuite bedrooms and its own kitchen and lounge/diner.
Additionally, Fairview offers two, self-contained one-bedroom annexes, for individuals who benefit from a more bespoke setting, while still being able to access all the services of the main home.
To the rear of the house is a large, sunny garden with patio areas and flower beds, divided into two areas for privacy and safety.
Residents enjoy an individually tailored programme of leisure and educational activities at the home and in the local community, including swimming, country walks, cooking and social clubs. In addition, the home has its own transport for local travel and regular outings further afield.
