Ballards Ash is a spacious and attractive former farmhouse on the edge of the village of Wootton Bassett, in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside, within easy reach of Swindon. The home supports up to 10 young adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities, autism and associated complex needs.
Spacious accommodation includes 10 ensuite single bedrooms – three on the ground floor and seven upstairs – a large main lounge for socialising and relaxation, recently modernised kitchen, dining room, sensory room and an activity room.
Outside is a large, safe garden, divided into relaxation and recreation areas.
