Working with registered housing providers

We work closely with a number of housing associations and other leading specialist accommodation providers to help process and deliver supported living referrals from local authority adult social care commissioners. This may involve directing potential tenants towards a vacancy in existing supported accommodation, or partnering with a housing provider to locate a suitable new property. We also have the capacity to develop new supported living services in partnership with a specialist registered provider. Our priority is always to help find the most appropriate accommodation for the individual, as close as possible to their preferred location.

Working in partnership

Supported living services are a growing component of our care provision. We currently work with housing providers in the South, South West and West Midlands, and actively seek to build new relationships with organisations that share our values and person-centred approach.

Our working relationship with each provider is based on an individual Service Level Agreement, which sets out responsibilities and standards for each partner including maintenance and repairs, health and safety regulations and communications protocols.
