New to the care sector?

Working in care can be incredibly rewarding. The opportunity to make a real and lasting difference to the lives of the people you support brings an extraordinary sense of achievement. Of course, it can also be challenging. We work with people who often require great patience and understanding. But if you've got that kind of compassion and commitment, you'll grow, not just as a professional, but as a person.

Starting out in care is about people not qualifications. We'll provide all the training you need. What we look for is far more important; the right attitude, a desire to help and a willingness to learn. As one of the UK's leading specialist care providers, there's no better place to start making a difference.

Looking for a new challenge?

At Choice Care, we support a wide range of people, many of whom face highly complex challenges. Whatever those challenges, our colleagues pride themselves on providing the best possible care and support for those with the greatest needs. We expect and achieve the best for the people we support, and that includes continually testing and improving ourselves.

Working at Choice offers the chance to develop your skills and break new ground. With over 25 years' experience in the sector, we're at the forefront of national best practice, with among the highest CQC ratings of any comparable organisation and a proven track record of pioneering approaches to specialist care.

Rewarding you for your contribution
