We provide specialist care and support for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and associated complex needs. Our purpose is to help everyone in our care to live safe, happy, meaningful and fulfilled lives, regardless of their challenges, where they’re valued, respected, listened to and supported, living as independently as possible.
We provide the highest quality specialist care for over 600 people, tailored to the needs of the individual, from full time residential homes to more flexible supported living solutions. We offer expertise across a wide range of complex needs and specialist conditions, including caring for people with behaviours that challenge.
Our homes are more than just a place to live, they’re like a second family for everyone we support. Each home is a close knit community, with its own personality and a strong emphasis on living life to the full and having fun. We believe everyone we care for can achieve exceptional things, and provide a wide range of activities to develop social, educational, vocational and life skills, helping to build confidence and self-esteem - as well as regular social events that give everyone a chance to get involved and express themselves.
“For the first time since we started this process we are all feeling very confident that the decisions we made are the right ones and that Choice Care is by far and away the best provider for our son.”
This is the summary overview of the findings from our 2019/20 survey of staff, care professionals and the people we support. The report highlights our main findings, including the areas we did well as well as some areas that we can improve. We hope you find the information valuable and it gives you an insight into all the stakeholders that make up the Choice Care family.
