Witham Valley Care

Witham Valley Care, our sister company in Lincoln, provides residential and supported living for people with severe learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. Their vision and focus is to provide the best personal care and support, delivered by competent staff working closely with the people in their care to help them achieve their own life goals.

The services support many younger adults in particular with the transition from education and children’s services into adult services. Staff provide individualised support and guidance to enable individuals to access work experience and college placements suitable to their individual needs and aspirations. We provide a home in the community where individuals can live as rich and rewarding a life as possible.

The Services

Village Farm, Norton Disney, Lincoln

This residential service provides 24 hour care for 6 adults with a learning disability and/or Autism and challenging behaviours. The home Situated in a fully converted and updated farmhouse, Village Farm has individual six en-suite bedrooms as well as communal space including a lounge, dining room and games room/ second lounge. The home has a family feel with the individuals living here encouraged to participate in the day-to-day running of their home.

The Old Orchard, Newark, Nottinghamshire

This six-bed residential property supports young adults with severe learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, challenging behaviour and other complex needs. The home was extensively refurbished in 2013 and now provide six en-suite bedrooms, five on the first floor and one on the ground floor. The ground floor also comprises a breakfast kitchen, dining room, games room and lounge.

Supported living

Witham Valley Care also provides supported living services to individuals with challenging behaviours, learning disabilities and autism, living in their own homes. The service currently supports two individuals, each living alone and with daily 24 hour support. Each person has their own team of dedicated care staff to ensure familiarity and consistency.
