Our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) team from the East Region had a teambuilding afternoon recently, which culminated in a strenuous paintballing session at Delta Force Paintball in Maidenhead.

Roxanne, our Clinical and Family Support Practice Lead feeds back on the day: ‘We had to strategise, defend each other, communicate and complete missions as a team. It was a great success and showed how well we all work together. One of our team recieved a ‘top gun award’ for bravery and good aim. Another team member got a ‘top gun award’ for being the team medic and saving players that were wounded, despite putting herself in the firing line. We all walked away grateful for being in such an incredible team, despite being slightly bruised!’
