Congratulations on your Choiceversary – what made you decide to take the role at Choice Care initially?
My passion has always been - and still is - to look after and support people who need support.

Has your role progressed?
Yes it has, I have more knowledge and confidence in what I’m doing - and would like to continue to progress.

What do you particularly love about your role? 
The idea that I'm going to work and the people I support are happy to see me. The interactions - both verbal and non-verbal - are always amazing.

 How would you sum up working at Choice Care?
 It's a nice company to work for and helps its staff to progress further in their careers. 

 What did you do before you joined Choice Care? 
I was a healthcare assistant at a High Wycombe hospital and worked at WHS. 

Are your colleagues supportive?
Yes they are supportive by being kind and working together as a team.
