New appointment - Clinical and Family Support Practice lead

DATE: 21.08.2023

As part of our commitment to Choice Care being a place where people thrive, we are delighted to announce that we have appointed Roxanne Law to the role of Clinical and Family Support Practice lead.

Roxanne will lead the implementation of the Social Care Framework to ensure the people we support are thriving and living the life that they want to live. Roxanne, who has recently celebrated her 5th ‘Choiceversary’, will also continue with coordination of the existing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach and practice.

Roxanne says:  ‘"I am truly thrilled and honoured to have been entrusted with the role of Clinical and Family Support Practice Lead. This opportunity fills me with a profound sense of excitement as I embark on this journey to make a positive impact on the lives of those we support. With a heart full of dedication, I am committed to realising the vision of the Social Care Framework, ensuring that each individual we support experiences an enhanced quality of life.

My aspiration is to not only meet but exceed the expectations of our residents and their families. By championing the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach, I aim to create - alongside all the teams in the company - an environment where the unique needs and aspirations of every resident are not only understood but celebrated. Through collaborative efforts and a commitment to excellence, I am confident that we can continue to elevate our residents' lives to new heights.
