Maggie passes her level 2!

Maggie passes her level 2!

DATE: 22.09.2022

Maggie lives at Springfield House, one of our residential services in Gloucester. She has recently completed her level 2 in Health and Social Care, here is what she has to say about her experience...

"I completed my level 2 in health and social care, after moving in to Springfield in 2019. This wouldn’t have been possible without the help of everyone here. We learnt a range of things including about nutrition and the effect it has on wellbeing on a individual, human development (we looked at the P.I.E.S) physical, intellectual, emotional and social development for each life stage. We also did a unit on activities for certain needs of a service, and needs in different life stages. My end goal is to complete my level 3 in Health and Social Care, and then further my development while on a job.

My favourite things about the course were learning about nutrition and wellbeing, and the activities suitable for different needs, as well as learning to do risk assessments."
