It’s Mental Health Awareness week

We at Choice Care fully support Mental Health Awareness Week. This year's theme is anxiety - with the Mental Health Foundation saying that ‘Anxiety is a normal emotion in us all, but sometimes it can get out of control and become a mental health problem…it’s important that we recognise and respond when we feel anxious, so that our anxiety doesn’t become overwhelming.'

Easter Competition at Choice Care

New supported living service in Wales
