As a growing business, we’re always interested in opportunities to expand our portfolio of residential and support living services, through acquisition, land development or by converting suitable properties. We plan to open 4-5 residential homes each year, with a similar number of new supported living services.

We operate regionally. Our primary areas of interest include the South of England, South West and West Midlands, including: Bristol, Bath, Berkshire, Birmingham, Buckinghamshire, Dorset, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Portsmouth, Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Sussex, Warwickshire, Wiltshire and Worcestershire.
Existing care businesses
If you’re looking to sell your business, we’re ready to speak to existing specialist providers with a proven track record for high quality care.
- Residential care homes, single homes or groups, supporting people with learning disabilities, autism or mental health conditions.
- Supported living services, preferably as groups of individual apartments.
New developments and conversions
We’re also interested in land opportunities, regardless of condition or status, with or without planning permission or outline consent.
For new residential sites, we require a minimum of 0.3 acres, offering level access from a public highway, suitable for homes of 6-12 ensuite bedrooms, 3-4 communal rooms, plus a kitchen, office and laundry.
For supported living developments, we look for sites appropriate for 6-10, one or two-bedroom apartments, with communal space.
We’re also keen to hear about properties suitable for conversion or redevelopment that could provide similar accommodation.
We’re flexible on location, but prioritise sites with good transport links and nearby shops and other local amenities.
We manage all aspects of planning, developing residential homes under planning use Class C2, and supported living services under Class C3.
