This course will look at the ways in which staff can evaluate their own working practices in order to support residents in leading valued life styles. The course will also cover how our Values & Attitudes have an impact on all aspect of our lives and how we should ensure that this does not impact on our work. All relevant legislation / policies around this subject are covered.
