- To help staff develop the skills to carry out Intensive Interaction sessions / times with their service users, in order to develop their social skills, communicative abilities, emotional well-being, relationships and promote constructive interaction with their immediate environment.
- The training incorporates use of video footage of Intensive Interaction in action, and gives staff time to try the approach in role play with each other.
