Supported living services for our East Region are managed from our Bracknell office. We have a number of accommodation based services as well as community outreach, where we support people in their own homes and to take part in activities out in the community.

Below are some examples of our supported living accommodation based services.
We have four accommodation-based services in Surrey, located in Farnham, Guildford and Staines. They were established to provide dedicated supported living for individuals from Surrey who needed placements close to family, many for young people returning to the area from residential college. Individuals were referred to us by Surrey County Council and we worked with them and their families to understand their needs and agree the best supported living options for them.
Above is our supporting living service in Farnham. Opened in 2016, it supports 7 people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
Below are our two Guildford supported living services. Rydes Hill (on the left) opened in spring 2018 and supports 4 people with learning disabilities. The property was adapted to provide one en-suite ground floor bedroom and three upstairs bedrooms sharing a large family bathroom. Downstairs, there is a large open-plan living room, dining room and modern fitted kitchen. Outside, there is a good sized rear garden.
On the right is Bridgehill which opened autumn 2017 and provides supported living for 4 people with learning disabilities. The property has four upstairs bedrooms, one is en-suite while the other three share a large family bathroom.
On the ground floor, there is a large living room with dining area which leads into a bright conservatory. There is also a modern fitted kitchen and toilet.
