Opened in December 2016, Oakley Lodge in in Basingstoke is a brand new, purpose-built residential community home for 12 adults with learning disabilities.
The single-storey main building has 8 large en-suite bedrooms as well as 2 lounges for relaxing and socialising. Additionally, the home has 4 separate one bedroom annexes, each with their own access, for individuals who benefit from a more bespoke environment. A purpose-built activities building provides a dedicated space for arts, crafts and skills training.
The home is well situated, on the edge of open countryside but close to the many amenities of Basingstoke.
Our trained and experienced staff team support individuals to develop their independence skills. We have our own in-house Positive Behaviour Support Team. Each service has an allocated Positive Behaviour Practitioner who works with the service users and staff to ensure each individual’s needs are understood and met.
