Residential Care Homes Hampshire

Our Mental Health services within Hampshire are designed to give individuals the support that is right for them. We achieve this by tailoring our care package to suit each person’s requirements using the Recovery Star to clearly identify a pathway towards recovery and mental, emotional and behavioural stability. We actively promote and encourage individuals to re-engage in meaningful occupation including areas such as education, positive social integration and leisure and vocational opportunities. We also encourage and support individuals in community based substance misuse recovery programmes.

All staff are fully trained.

Our approach to delivering the support is always totally person centred and individually designed for the specific needs of person.

Emotional and behavioural support can be provided by our own in-house psychiatry and psychology team who are very much ‘hands on’ and accessible to the people we support. We also work closely with the local Community Mental Health Teams.
