Established in 1992, Choice Care Group have been providing high quality care homes for twenty years; in additional to our learning disability services, we also support those with a mental health disorder, helping them to develop the skills and coping mechanisms to live successfully within the community. We currently care for people with a range of complex mental, emotional and behavioural difficulties including schizophrenia, personality disorder, Bi-polar and other enduring mental health issues. The individuals we support also have associated complex needs and a history of risk to themselves or others. Each person is treated as an individual and can expect to receive a high quality, outcome focused and person centred care package, focusing on recovery.
Following a comprehensive assessment, our social care homes within Gloucestershire work with the individual to develop a suitable package of support which can include positive behaviour support to help with regaining skills and develop positive relationships.
