Hurst House is a large, spacious detached house in Swindon, just two miles from the town centre. It has developed into a home for nine older, middle-aged adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs.
There are six single bedrooms on the ground floor, all with en-suite facilities, plus a side exit to the garden that can be accessed using a ramp. There is also a separate sensory room, lounge, office, kitchen and large spacious conservatory, as well as a dining area that leads out to a flat, safe, enclosed garden with summer house and gazebo. On the first floor, there are three more fully en-suite bedrooms, a separate bathroom, quiet lounge and office.
In addition the home has its own transport for leisure, recreational and educational trips and activities in the community.
