The aim of Choice Care Group is to offer support and care to encourage individuals with a learning disability to become more independent, to experience new social situations and to develop as a person. This is successfully achieved through our range of person centred social care services in Hampshire, helping individuals to progress through positive care pathways.
Residential Care Homes
Our residential care homes in Hampshire present the perfect environment in which an individual can progress in their personal development and establish coping skills around the management of their behaviour. Our care homes in Southampton are people-centred, meaning that all care packages reflect the individual’s ambitions, likes and dislikes.
As well as high levels of fully trained staff, on a 24 hour basis, we also offer in-house psychology and psychiatric services, alongside on-going education, employment, leisure and social opportunities. Each individual has a weekly schedule filled of activities, which supports many of our service users’ need for predictability, familiarity, and routine.
