At Choice Care Group we specialise in providing care homes in Berkshire, which have been specifically tailored to support people aged 16 plus all the way into adult life. Residential Care Homes & Supported Living
Our 24-Hour residential care services in Berkshire offer a safe, homely environment in which the person with a learning disability, autism and / or complex needs can develop as an individual with whatever level of support is right for them.
Supported living in Newbury provides bespoke, individualised packages of care delivered to the person within their own tenancy, be that shared or single. Supported living varies from one individual to the next, and can include round the clock, 24 hour care or just a few hours of support a day.
Community support refers to packages of care being delivered to the individual who wishes to remain living with family, but needs support with their day to day living or to access community activities.

Supportive Social Care Services
Every person we support is encouraged to continue in their personal development, and there is a strong emphasis on on-going education, employment, leisure and social opportunities. We also provide in-house psychology and psychiatric support so as to enhance communication skills and provide positive behavioural support plans. All staff are fully trained and we never use agency staff.
