Choice Care Group has received a number of queries following national news reports that Choices Care, a Scottish-based care provider, has gone into administration. We would like to reassure service users and their families that Choice Care Group has no connection whatsoever to Choices Care and that our specialist services are completely unaffected by this news. Choice Care Group is sympathetic to the plight of Choices Care and hopes that the best outcome can be achieved for its service users, relatives and staff.

Learning Disability, Mental Disorder and Compex Needs Support Services

Choice Care Group provides personalised residential support and supported living for adults with learning disabilities, mental disorders and complex emotional and behavioural needs including autism across care homes and individual tenancies in Wiltshire, Hampshire Gloucestershire Berkshire and Surrey.

At Choice Care Group, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to live a healthy, active and fulfilling life, whatever their background or level of disability.

Our care homes provide a safe but stimulating environment for adults and young people (aged 16 and over), where service users are supported to achieve positive outcomes in whatever way is meaningful to them. We actively encourage service users to become more self-reliant, to make decisions for themselves and, in many cases, to ultimately move on to more independent living arrangements.

The team is led by a qualified and experienced manager backed up by fully-trained social care workers, and all service users have access to specialist psychology and psychiatric professionals. We also provide access to a range of individually-planned education, employment and leisure opportunities.

Choice Care Group comprises Choice, Truecare Group, Orchard End and Excel Support Services. We provide our learning disability support services at residential care homes in Wiltshire, Hampshire, Gloucestershire, Berkshire and Surrey, we can provide a specialist local service to these funding authorities, as well as to neighbouring counties.
