Choice Care Group honours Bramerton care home staff for long service
Two staff members at a home run by specialist care provider Choice Care Group have been honoured in recognition of their long service with the company.
Lorraine Prew and Margaret Winton have each clocked up 20 years’ service at the Bramerton care home, in Berkshire. To mark the occasion and to thank them for their hard work and loyalty over the years, Choice Care Group presented them each with an engraved pen.
Both began working at Bramerton as night support workers before switching to daytime duties, with Lorraine working as a chef and Margaret as a housekeeper.
Phil Bruton, manager at Bramerton, said: “Both Lorraine and Margaret have been here almost as long as the home has been open and are very much an integral part of our ‘family’ at Bramerton.
“Their continued hard work and dedication is always greatly appreciated. In their time here, they have seen the many changes that have taken place in the care sector and have always adapted to these brilliantly.
“They are both well liked and respected by service users and colleagues alike and continue to be hugely supportive of the work we do at Bramerton. On behalf of everyone here, I would like to thank them for all their hard work.”
