Choice Care Group Prize Draw Winners Announced
Two lucky visitors to the Choice Care Group’s stand at the Learning Disability Today show won a special prize to celebrate the company’s new look, which was officially launched on the day.
The show marked the official unveiling of the group’s new branding, which saw former associated companies Orchard End and Trucare take on the Choice name, so from now on their care homes will be clearly identified as being part of the wider group.
As well as being able to pick up lots of information about Choice and its plans for the future, visitors were invited to enter a free prize draw, with two iPods up for grabs for the first two names out of the hat.
One went to Jean Dalton, who is chairman of Corpal, a not-for-profit charity which supports families are carers of children and adults with ACC or Aicardi Syndrome, a rare neurological condition which can lead to learning difficulties. For more information see www.corpal.org.uk.
The second iPod went to Lewis, who lives in Brighton, where he shares a house with four friends who all star in online docu-soap The Specials at www.the-specials.com.
Choice Care Group director of referrals Tracy Bridgman said: “Everyone at Choice has put a lot of effort into our re-launch, so it was a great day for everyone when our new look was officially unveiled at the Learning Disability Today show.
“We wanted to do something a bit special to thank those who took time to drop by, and we hope Jean and Lewis enjoy putting their prizes to good use.”
