Fritham Lodge
Fritham is a large detached corner property for ten adults with a mental disorder and associated complex needs. It is within five minute walk of Shirley, a busy suburb just two miles from Southampton city centre.
The home offers individual single rooms with full en-suite facilities, a large communal lounge, quiet room and training kitchen. It also has its own transport for educational and recreational trips and activities within the community.
Fritham Annex
In addition to the main house, Fritham has a 3 bedded, self contained annex. This accommodation was specifically designed to support individuals, many of whom may have been in hospital or highly supported services to develop the coping skills that would enable them to move back towards more independent living.
As with all our annex accommodation, the close proximity to the main house and the use of assisted technology offers a number of benefits to both the service user and those funding the placement as they are able to provide consistency of approach and cost efficiency.
