Fairview
Fairview is a spacious detached home on a quiet residential street in the village of Baughurst, close to the busy town of Tadley, near Newbury. It supports six adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs.
In the main part of the house there are four large bedrooms – two of which have en-suite facilities – a communal bathroom, dining room, kitchen and large lounge that leads out to a conservatory. There is also a large, self-contained annexe which has two bedrooms with en-suite facilities and its own kitchen and lounge-diner.
To the rear of the home is a large, sunny garden with patio areas and flower beds. The garden is divided into two areas for privacy and safety. In addition the home has its own transport for leisure, recreational and educational trips and activities in the community.
