About Choice Care Group

Choice Care Group was established to meet the needs of individuals who require a safe, supportive and therapeutic living environment, which also provides opportunities to learn and self-develop.

In accordance with the framework set out by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and our own internal quality assurance processes, our objective is to maintain high standards throughout the company. We are delighted that all of our homes have a CQC rating of ‘good’ or ‘excellent’, with all homes working towards achieving excellent.

Within each home, the team is led by a qualified and experienced manager backed up by fully-trained social care workers. A fundamental part of our success in supporting people with such complex needs is the multi-disciplinary approach provided by our own psychology and psychiatric teams, led by Dr Perry Morrison and Dr Padraid Quinn.

We also place great importance on providing individually-planned education, employment and leisure opportunities, to support each individual in their ongoing development.

We pride ourselves on supporting our staff through effective management, training opportunities and career progression. We are committed to providing our employees with the best training available, ensuring that our service users are always looked after by highly-experienced care workers.
