Choice Care Group provides personalised residential support and supported living for adults with learning disabilities, mental disorders and complex emotional and behavioural needs including autism across care homes and individual tenancies in Wiltshire, Hampshire, Gloucestershire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Brighton and Hove.

At Choice Care Group, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to live a healthy, active and fulfilling life, whatever their background or level of disability.

Our care homes provide a safe but stimulating environment for adults and young people (aged 16 and over), where service users are supported to achieve positive outcomes in whatever way is meaningful to them. We actively encourage service users to become more self-reliant, to make decisions for themselves and, in many cases, to ultimately progress through to more independent living arrangements and pathway of care.

The team is led by a qualified and experienced manager backed up by fully-trained social care workers, and all service users have access to specialist psychology and psychiatric professionals. We also provide access to a range of individually-planned education, employment and leisure opportunities.

Choice Care Group comprises Choice, Truecare Group, Orchard End and Excel Support Services.
